We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Insurance & Financial Sales Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, and providing tailored insurance and financial products that meet clients’ needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients through various channels including referrals, networking, and cold calling.
- Conduct needs assessments and financial analyses to recommend appropriate insurance policies and financial products.
- Present and explain insurance and financial solutions to prospective and existing clients clearly and persuasively.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and performance metrics.
- Stay current with industry trends, products, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams including underwriting, claims, and customer service to ensure smooth client experiences.
- Prepare and process sales documentation accurately and timely.
- Participate in marketing and community outreach events to promote products and services.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance, financial services, or related industries.
- Licenses in insurance and/or securities (e.g., Property & Casualty/Life & Health Insurance License) are highly desirable or willingness to obtain.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build trust and rapport quickly with diverse client groups.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and achieve sales goals.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ethical approach and commitment to compliance with regulatory standards.
